Welcome to The Drivers' Club
The Drivers’ Club provides a package of benefits which include legal representation if ‘caught on camera’ and insurance against loss of licence through the ‘totting up’ process of minor offences.

Every year more and more drivers are facing a six month ban through the ‘totting up’ process of points on their licences from minor speeding offences. To some drivers such a ban could be a costly inconvenience but to many it could spell disaster.
With the introduction of new camera technology that will monitor a vehicle’s speed over a 30 mile distance, the number of speeding fines that will be issued could be set to rocket and what is more speed camera warning systems will be redundant against this new technology.
Now you can guarantee to stay mobile with The Drivers’ Club from as little as £3.99 per month.

So what is The Drivers’ Club and how does it work?
There are four main elements to The Drivers’ Club. They are: Legal Representation, Loss of Licence Insurance, Lost Key Cover and Personal Accident Insurance.
Legal Representation
The first element is the legal representation and is available to all members. If you are a member and you receive a ‘Request for Information’ through the post for what we term a ‘Caught on Camera’ offence we will appoint one of our specialist solicitors to represent you.
The solicitor will discuss with you the facts of the case, investigate if the camera that caught you was legal, and if necessary represent you at court.
At the end of the process we would not expect you to have to pay any fine or suffer the worry and additional insurance costs of points on your licence.
There are absolutely no additional costs to the member, The Drivers’ Club pays the costs.
Loss of Licence insurance
Even though it is extremely unlikely that as a member you are likely to suffer a ban through the ‘totting up process’, The Drivers’ Club is an all round protection and the Loss of Licence insurance is an integral part of membership.
For some drivers a six month ban would be more painful than others, and different drivers would need different levels of cover in order to stay mobile. If you use your car every day for business you may need the top level of cover that would be sufficient to pay a full time driver for the period of a ban. On the other hand you may be able to get by on public transport or the occasional taxi and £100 per month would be all the help you need. We therefore offer four different levels of cover.
Standard membership would pay out £100 per month for the six month period you would be without a licence. Gold membership will cover up to £500 per month, Silver up to £1000 per month and Black membership will cover up to £1500 per month.
The Drivers’ Club membership is available to everyone over 21 with a full UK Driving Licence, whether you have 0 points on your licence and want to keep it that way, or you have up to 11 points. There are two bands, one for drivers joining with 0-6 points on their licence and one for drivers joining with 7-11 points.
If you have 12 or more points on your licence, we can still help you but you would need to give us a call to discuss how we can help you as the details become a little more complicated.
